Using Google Authenticator to login and changed mobile device

If you use Google Authenticator to login to Origami, but recently changed the mobile device you're using, you can update the 2FA to work with your new device using one of the two options below:

  1. Migrating the Authenticator's tokens to your new device using an import option in the app. Check out the following link: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1066447?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid
  2. Reset the 2FA from Origami itself. You can login with the email sending out the token, and then browse to the user profile, scroll to the bottom where you should see:

    Click the MFA link, and the the reset button on the lightbox:

    The system will guide you and once finished, the new token will be updated on your new device.
