With the release of version 6.2.4, Origami is introducing a new usage-based pricing model that gives you more flexibility and control.
Forget limitations on the number of workflows or triggers – you can now build freely and only pay for what you actually use: operations, API calls, AI tokens, logs, storage and more.
This industry-standard approach ensures a more accurate, fair pricing structure that fits your organization’s real needs.
The new model is optional, and you can stick with your current plan – but we recommend switching to unlock full freedom and future scalability.
Image Display in Web Forms
File upload fields can now display images directly within public forms, allowing for a clearer and more branded visual experience.
SMTP Account Selection for Workflows
You can now define multiple SMTP accounts in your environment and choose which account to use for each automated email process – offering full control over sender identity and communication flows.
Collapse Webform Headers & Footers for a Cleaner View
As you edit a webform, you can now collapse the header and footer – keeping your workspace clean and focused.
Customize Navigation & Creation in Realtion Fields
As a system admin, you can now fine-tune how users interact with Relation fields.
Want to prevent users from creating new related records on the fly?
Or maybe you’d rather keep them focused by hiding the navigation arrow to the related item?
Now you can do both, with two new simple checkboxes that give you full control over the experience.

Visual Layout: Six Fields per Row
The visual editor now supports up to six fields per row, giving you more layout power and precision when designing dense or data-heavy screens.
PDF Printing from Pop-up Windows
You and your users can now print any PDF straight from Origami – no downloads, no extra steps. Just open, print, done.
Kanban View: No Step Left Behind!
Toggle a new setting to reveal the last stage in your Kanban process – and see everything at a glance.
Calendar Access Directly from Web Forms
You can now let people outside your Origami system book meetings with you – right from a Webform. Simply apply a calendar view in your Webform’s settings, set your available time slots, and allow anyone to easily pick and book a meeting in seconds.
Each of these features is designed to save time, reduce friction, and give you more control over your daily work.
